This profile prepare you for a professional career as soloist and chamber musician.

A musician’s work can change character several times in the course of his or her career. Many musicians alternate between freelancing as soloists, taking part in chamber music performances and serving in various Swedish orchestras on a project basis.

The studies provide an opportunity for joint projects with such programmes as Composition and Conducting.

Chamber music in various constellations and within all classical instruments represented in KMH bulks large in the profile.

The studies can include main instrument tuition, chamber music, orchestral playing, interpretation seminars, work experience placement, form and freelancing skills and Degree Project.

The Chamber Music/Soloist profile is provided for all the instruments of classical and early music, including singing and organ.
