Write down what happened

Note the time and place, what happened, what was said, and how you experienced the situation. These notes can serve as valuable documentation if an investigation is initiated. Keep any letters, emails, text messages, and other communications related to the situation.

Report the incident to KMH

We also encourage you to report the incident to KMH. This will help us better understand the situation and assess whether there are additional measures we can take to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Please inform a staff member from your academy as soon as possible: a teacher, director of studies, or head of academy, or turn to student health, the student union, or a study counselor. If you wish, you can also make a report via email, letter, or verbally, to the head of the Office for Education and Research Support.

Submit a tip anonymously

If you don't feel comfortable informing someone, you can submit a tip anonymously by filling out a form. It's fine to remain anonymous, but please note that we won’t be able to provide feedback or updates on the matter. Therefore, it is generally best to provide your name and contact information.

Whether you are anonymous or not, you can be sure that every complaint and comment is taken seriously and will be carefully reviewed.

When you submit the form, the responses are sent directly to the head of the Office for Education and Research Support. This office is responsible for issues regarding study organization, study environment, and student rights. If your tip concerns a staff member at KMH, the human resources manager will be informed. If your tip involves something that could be a crime, KMH will file a police report.
