Complaints regarding education
If you feel that your education does not meet KMH's guidelines for studies, you can submit a complaint. You can also provide feedback, for example, through the course evaluation.
Feedback on education
If you would like to provide feedback on your education, you should first do so through the anonymous course evaluation. This is conducted at the end of the semester. Your feedback is important, and KMH uses the responses to develop the quality of our courses and education.

Questions and feedback regarding an ongoing course
If you have questions or feedback related to the content of an ongoing course, you should:
- First, please talk to the course instructor.
- If that doesn’t resolve the issue, speak with the course coordinator.
If you still disagree, please contact the director of studies at your department.
For questions about exams, please contact the examiner. You can find the examiner’s contact details in the course guide available in the course room on Canvas. If you don’t reach an agreement, please contact the director of studies at your department.

Questions and feedback regarding the study environment
KMH has several committees with student representatives, such as program councils, collaboration councils, equality councils, the Vice-Chancellor's management council, and the Education and Research Board. These are forums where students can raise their concerns and questions regarding the study environment.
If you have general questions or feedback regarding the study environment, student kitchens, or practice rooms, you can also send your questions to helpdesk@kmh.se.
If your question about the study environment is related to your course, please contact the director of studies at the course or program department. If you can’t find a good solution, you can raise the issue with the head of the department. If the problem persists after contacting the head of the department, you can escalate the issue to the Vice-Chancellor.
