IT and Helpdesk
When you start studying or working at KMH, you will receive login credentials for a user account and an e-mail address. You will also receive access to a departmental area for storage of files, and the Eduroam wireless network.
The IT department is responsible for KMH's IT infrastructure. IT support helps employees and students manage KMH's IT equipment in the fixed and wireless network.
Support Services handles most of the practical issues surrounding your user account.
You can handle your e-mail via web mail, the e-mail programme on your computer, or your smart phone.
Eduroam är ett samarbete mellan universitet, främst i Europa, som erbjuder fri tillgång till nätverk på universitetens campus.
Questions about KMH's IT equipment is handled by IT-support.
All students and employees have access to printers at KMH.
