Confirm your identity
From May 1, 2025, all KMH students with a Swedish personal number must have at least trust level AL2 on their KMH account. Otherwise, you will not be able to log in to Ladok. Raise the trust level on your account as soon as possible by confirming your identity.
Check your current trust level
You can check your trust level by logging in to Ladok for students.
- If your trust level is too low, you will see a warning when logging in. This means you have trust level AL1 and need to confirm your identity. See instructions further down on this page.
- If you do not see a warning, you already have trust level AL2 and do not need to do anything.

How to confirm your identity
If you see the warning described above, you need to upgrade your account.
You can confirm your account at Internservice on Campus Valhallavägen.
- Bring valid identification.
- Request to have your trust level raised to AL2.
Currently, there is no digital solution, so manual handling is required.
