Purpose of the dissertation work
As part of Lund University's ROCIT (Research on Collaboration in Teacher Education) research school, Johan explores both verbal and nonverbal communication within vocal or instrumental instruction. His hope is to contribute knowledge about the multifaceted and complex interactions that teachers and students engage in. A central theme is how different interactions are interpreted from the perspectives of the two main communicators, as well as from a third-party perspective.
