KMH has a national remit to educate composers in the Electroacoustic Music profile at graduate level and has some of the world’s best-equipped studios for electroacoustic music, affording great opportunities of working professionally, e.g. with electroacoustic and computer-based music, film and multi-channel mixing.

Programme Content

A main focus in the programme is composition studies together with ear training, form analysis, instrumentation, score playing, harmony and counterpoint, plus elective courses.

In addition, advanced courses of programming, digital signal processing and algorithmic composition are offered on a regular basis.
