Artistic Entrepreneurship

How can you combine artistic processes and working methods with entrepreneurship as a way of creating cultural and societal projects?

This course takes its starting point in the student's own creative, artistic practice. It aims to provide both knowledge and skills in how artistic and creative methods such as improvisation and stage performance can be used in new contexts, and how art and creativity can be a basis for cross-disciplinary entrepreneurial projects.

Together with students from different disciplines and creative expressions, you will learn to use tools to initiate, create, plan, implement and evaluate an interdisciplinary project with a basis in art and creativity.

The course uses a model for cross-disciplinary working methods called "The Seven Transdisciplinary Habits of Mind". The model is based on seven different competencies – Perceiving, Patterning, Abstracting, Embodiedthinking, Modeling, Deep Play and Synthesizing.

The course is given by KMH. Teaching language is English.
